Privacy
The short version
We collect what you give us so we can make your marketing. We don't sell it, rent it or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing. Ask us to delete it and we will.
What we collect
- What you type into our form: your name, business name, town, email, cell number, website or Google link, and whether you agreed to texts (with the time you agreed and the exact wording you saw).
- Public information about your business: your Google profile, reviews, website, social pages and photos, which we use to make your free week and your monthly work.
- Things you send us: photos, videos, customer lists and messages.
- Basic visit data: pages visited, the link or ad that brought you here, and a referral code if a partner sent you. Our home page loads the Meta Pixel for every visitor, whether or not you came from an ad. It uses two pixel IDs, both ours, and sets cookies. It tells Meta when the page loads, when you try the example, and when you send the form, along with the kind of business you picked and which headline you saw. Meta may also record some clicks on its own and match visits to Facebook or Instagram accounts. The events we send don't include what you typed into the form. We also keep the ad or referral link that brought you here in your browser for up to 90 days, so we can credit it when you send the form. You can limit this in your browser or Facebook ad settings.
How we use it
- To make and deliver your free week and, if you sign up, your monthly marketing.
- To text or email you about that work, and to answer you.
- To pay a referral partner if they sent you (they see your business name, not your messages).
- To see which ads and pages work, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
Texts
We only text you if you checked the box agreeing to it. Up to 3 messages a week, about your marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop. Reply HELP for help, or text (530) 409-3291. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Who else touches your data
Only the services we use to do the work: our website host (Netlify), our email and texting providers, our payment processor if you subscribe, Meta (through the pixel on our home page), and AI tools that help us draft your marketing. They use it to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing. We'll share information if the law requires it.
Your Google and Facebook pages
If you sign up, you add us as a manager on your pages. We never ask for your passwords, and you can remove us anytime. Everything we make for you is yours to keep.
Keeping and deleting
If you don't sign up, we delete your free-week files and form details within 12 months. If you do, we keep them while you're a customer and for up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Kids
This is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes, we'll tell customers directly.
